Nuremberg

We made it safely to Nuremberg after a 5:30 morning wake-up and a 3 our train ride. Luckily we got right into a room at the hotel and dropped off our bags...and it has free computers with internet (not the the room, but great either way)!

This afternoon we walked around the old city and saw some of the historic wall, castle, a couple churches, and several fountains. None of the fountains are running as it is still to cold. Fortunately the sky is cloud-free and the sun is very warm...but it still becomes chilly in the shadows and when there is a breeze.

Now we are taking a brief break back at the hotel, and then will go back into the old city tonight for dinner. Our day starts tomorrow around 6am when we get up to catch a train around 7 to Munich. Hopefully that hotel has free computers too...fingers crossed!
